Paramount Ins recommends 10% dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Paramount Insurance has recommended 5% cash dividend and 5% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

 Date of AGM: 12.06.2013, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue: Spectra Convention Center Ltd. (King’s Hall), House #19, Road #7, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212. Record Date: 07.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.32, NAV per share of BDT 13.85 and NOCFPS of BDT 2.93 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
