Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The 13th annual general meeting (AGM) of Paramount Insurance Company Limited has approved 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year 2011.
The AGM of the company was held in the city recently. Chairman of the company Shakhawat Hossain presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Alock Das, Sponsor Directors Nawaz Ahmad, Ashit Kumar Das, Anita Haque and Anita Rani Das, Directors of the board, Managing Director Azizul Islam, Company Secretary Hari Pada Deb and Chief Accountant Harun-or-Rashid Patwary were present, among others, at the AGM.
