Peninsula, Quasem Drycells declare dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of the Peninsula Chittagong, a Hotel in Chittagong has recommended 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30 this year, said an office disclosure on Sunday.
The final approval will be given during the AGM scheduled to be held on November 13 at Panchlaish in the port city. The Record Date of the company’s share is October 15.
The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 2.70, NAV per share of BDT 54.75 and NOCFPS of BDT 3.00 for the year ended on June 30 this year.
Meanwhile, the board of directors of Quasem Drycells has recommended 5.0 percent cash dividend and 10 percent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30 this year.
The AGM will be held on Novembre 27 Mohakhali in Dhaka. The Record Date of the company’s share is Octoner 20.
The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.55, NAV per share of BDT 53.85 and NOCFPS of BDT 1.26 for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
 There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of these companies today (Sunday) following its corporate declaration.
