Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - MA Rashid has been elected as the chairman of People's Insurance Company recently, a company announcement said.
Prior to the election, he was the vice chairman and acting chairman of the insurer.
Mr. Rashid is a civil engineering graduate from Bangladesh Institute of Engineering and Technology. He was also involved with Bangladesh Water Development Board and Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha.
He is also a director of Union Capital Limited and Popular Life Insurance Company Limited.
