Phoenix Finance recommends 20% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Phoenix Finance has recommended 20 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Tuesday.

Date of AGM: 13.06.2013, Time: 11:30 AM, Venue: Muktijuddho Smrity Milonayaton (1st floor), Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, 160/A, Kakrail, VIP Road, Dhaka-1000. Record Date: 18.04.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 2.95, NAV per share of BDT 23.27 and NOCFPS of BDT 3.31 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
