Picnic bus accident kills three in Northern Bangladesh

Rangpur, Bangladesh (BBN) – At least three people were killed and 30 others injured when a picnic bus fell into a ditch at Mukimpur in Pirganj upazila on Rangpur-Bogra highway Friday morning.

A Swapnapuri (picnic spot) bound bus from Kushtia carrying a picnic party plunged into the ditch when its driver lost control over the steering at 6:30 am (local time), leaving three passengers dead on the spot, Witnesses said

The injured were admitted to local upazila health complex.
