Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Somali pirates talked twice to the owner of Bangladeshi hijacked ship on Sunday and assured that the crews were in good conditions, said ship owning company.
They first called through satellite phone at local time 2:00 pm (local time) on the day and wanted to talk to the owner of the ship. The owner talked to them and wanted to know about the condition of the crew.
"They (crews) are in good condition," Mohammed Shajahan, owner of the ship, told the Financial Express (FE), quoting conversation with one pirate. Mr. Shajahan, said that he had talked to captain, chief engineer and his spouse.
