Power Grid declares 10pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh has recommended 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.
The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on January 17, at 10am at the “Mukti Hall”, Biddut Bhaban, 1 Abdul Gani Road, Dhaka-1000. Record Date: 25.11.2014.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT (0.06), NAV per share of BDT 63.61 and NOCFPS of BDT 12.78 for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (Wednesday) following its corporate declaration.
