Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Pragati Life Insurance Limited has declared 10 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2009, the company said.
The dividend was approved at the 10th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held at the Jamuna Resort Ltd near by Jamuna Bridge on Monday. Chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Pragati Life Vice Chairman Prof Jahangir Chowdhury, directors Abdul Awal Mintoo, Tabith M Awal and Shafiur Rahman; Managing Director Zafar Halim and Company Secretary Abdur Wahab Mian were also present in the AGM.
