Premier Leasing declares 10 percent stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The 7th annual general meeting of Premier Leasing and Finance Limited was held at the National Shooting Federation-Bangladesh in Dhaka on Monday .

The company declared 10 per cent stock dividend for the year 2008, the company said.

The meeting was presided over by chairman of the board of directors Dr Mizanur Rahman Shelley.
