Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Prime Bank Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saad Musa City Center (SMCC) on the SMCC premises at Kuril in the capital Dhaka.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of Prime Bank Md Ehsan Khasru and Managing Director of Saad Musa Group Muhammad Mohsin signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations on Monday.
Under the deal, Prime Bank will set up two ATM booths and one Service Desk at the SMCC; 18 POS Terminals will also be set up at the SMCC to facilitate payments through both Master and VISA cards of Prime Bank.
EVP- Farhad Uddin, SVPs- AKM Jan-e-Alam, Md Tofazzul Hossain and Salahuddin Ahmed, SAVPs- Md Ziaul Latif and Farid Ahmed of Prime Bank and CEO of SMCC Mohamad Saiful Hassan and Manager-Marketing & Corporate Affairs Md Shahidul Sikder Shihab of SMCC were present.
