Prime Minister pays tributes to Bangabandhu on his birthday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on his 93rd birthday. 

The Prime Minister placed floral wreath at the portrait of Bangabandhu at Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi Road no 32 in the capital Dhaka in the morning. 

Cabinet members, senior leaders of Bangladesh Awami League and leaders of different front organisations of the party were present. 

Later, the Prime Minister left for Tungipara, birthplace of Bangabandhu, to attend different programmes of the day. The day is being observed as the National Day for Children.
