Pubali Bank’s AGM postpone

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Pubali Bank Ltd has informed that the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, High Court Division has restrained from holding the 30th AGM of the Company by an order of injunction on 21.04.2013, said an office disclosure on Monday.

As such, the Company’s 30th AGM, which is scheduled to be held today (Monday), has been postponed. The new date, time & venue of holding 30th AGM of the Company will be notified later on.
