Purabi General Ins recommends 10% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)): The Board of Directors has recommended stock dividend @ 10% for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

Date of AGM: 29.06.2013, Time: 12:00 noon, Venue: LGED Auditorium, Level-2, LGED Bhaban, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Agargaon, Dhaka-1207. Record Date: 21.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.15, NAV per share of BDT 20.58 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.60 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
