Quasem Drycell declares 10% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2013, said an office disclosure on Monday.

Date of AGM: 07.11.2013, Time: 11:30 AM, Venue: The Factory Premises (unit-3) of the Company, Baimile, Gazipur. Record Date: 09.10.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.17, NAV per share of BDT 57.54 and NOCFPS of BDT 3.65 for the year ended on June 30, 2013.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (23.09.2013) following its corporate declaration.
