Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Rahimafrooz Distribution Limited (RDL) has launched privileged customer program at its flagship Rahimafrooz Sales and Service Centre at Mohakhali in the capital Dhaka.
Mudassir Murtaza Moin, director of the Group and managing director of RDL, on Saturday formally launched the program, which offers platinum and classic cards to the privileged customers of the company for enjoying special benefits and services.
Under the program, the privileged customers will enjoy fast track services, instant discounts and treasure points accumulation for every purchase they do from the outlets of Rahimafrooz Sales and Service Centre in the country.
Treasure points will be redeemed through cash discount on automotive products and services.
The service is the first of its kind of loyalty programs in the automotive industry in the country. The program is designed to offer a comfortable shopping experience and exciting benefits to its premium customers, company officials said.
RDL is the distribution wing of Rahimafrooz Group, one of the country’s leading conglomerates.
Since the company has tie-up with a good number of outlets of other merchants, its members can enjoy preferential services and discounts at those merchant points also, they added.
Essential notifications and reminders will be sent to the members through short message service (SMS) reminding them about renewal of vehicle insurance, fitness and tax token.
The launching ceremony was attended, among others, by Group Managing Director Feroz Rahim, Divisional Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RDL Parvez Saiful Islam, its Head of Corporate and Retail Business Shayokh Ahmad, other senior executives of the company and a number of platinum and classic customers.
