RAK Cramic recommends 15pc cash, 10pc stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of RAK Ceramic has recommended cash dividend @ 15 per cent (i.e. Tk. 1.50 per share of Tk. 10.00 each) and stock dividend @ 10 per cent for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an official disclosure Monday.

The AGM will be held April 10 at the Bashundhara Convention Center, Block-C, Umme Kulsum Road, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka-1229. Record date: 24.02.2013.

The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 608.12 million, EPS of BDT 2.18, NAV per share of BDT 19.94 and NOCFPS of BDT 2.34 for the year ended on December 31, 2012 as against BDT 756.95 million, BDT 2.72, Tk. 21.03 and BDT 1.47 respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2011.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (11.02.2013) following its corporate declaration.
