Rajshahi, Bangladesh (BBN)– Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) has decided to operate foreign exchange trade to meet the rising demand of clients.

The decision came in the 378th meeting of the board of directors of RAKUB held at its head office on Wednesday with its Chairman Professor Shah Newaj Ali in the chair.
The RAKUB should be more proactive for the sake of ensuring transparency and accountability side by side with farmer-friendly banking services, the meeting stressed.
Besides, the bank should expedite its consumer services for increasing qualitative and quantitative credit flow towards potential fields for boosting agricultural output.
