Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Rangpur Dairy and Food Products Ltd (RD Milk) is going to offload 16,341,400 shares in the capital market soon subject to the approval of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company has already submitted its prospectus to the SEC.

The company proposed the face value at BDT 10 with a premium of BDT 15, the Financial Express (FE), a local newspaper, reported quoting sources.

The company’s shareholder’s equity was BDT 400 million till April, 2010 and yearly Earning Per Share (EPS) was BDT 2.108 against each share of BDT 10 in 2009 .This year’s quarterly EPS is BDT 0.875 against BDT 10 per share.

RD milk usually produces fresh milk and processed milks namely RD milk, RD mango milks, RD banana milks, RD chocolate milk and RD ghee.
