Reliance Ins recommends 25pc div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Reliance Insurance has recommended 15 per cent cash and 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Thursday.

The AGM will be held on April 27 at 11am at the La-Vita Hall, Lake Shore Hotel, House # 46, Road # 41, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212. Record date: 03.04.2013.
The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 203.93 million, EPS of BDT 4.32, NAV per share of BDT 67.67 and NOCFPS of BDT 8.50 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
