Renata declares 40pc interim cash divided

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Renata Limited has declared 40 per cent interim cash dividend for the year to be ended ending on June 30, 2017, said an official disclosure on Sunday.
The board of directors this interim dividend based on 6 months (July-December) financials for the period ended on December 31, 2016.
The record date for entitlement of interim cash dividend is on February 16, 2017.
The company has reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) at BDT 20 for July-December, 2016 as against BDT 17.17 for July-December, 2015.
Consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) was BDT 39.87 for July-December, 2016 as against BDT 9.02 for July-December, 2015. Consolidated net asset value per share (NAV) per share was BDT 192.29 as of December 31, 2016 and BDT 179.66 as of June 30, 2016.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today following its corporate declaration.
Each share of Renata, which was listed on the Dhaka bourse in 1979, closed at BDT 1104.80 each on Thursday last.
