Renata recommends 85% dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Renata has recommended 60% cash dividend and 25% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Thursday.

Date of AGM: 22.06.2013. Time: 10:30 AM, Venue: Dhaka Ladies Club, 36, Eskaton Garden Road, Dhaka-1000. Record Date: 13.05.2013.

The Company has also reported consolidated net profit after tax of BDT 1,194.44 million, consolidated EPS of BDT 41.96, NAV per share of BDT 179.54 and NOCFPS of BDT 38.50 for the year ended on December 31, 2012 as against BDT 1,066.65 million, BDT 37.67, Tk. 175.21 and BDT 39.84 respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2011.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Companies today.
