Republic Ins recommends 12% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Republic Insurance Company has recommended 12% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

Date of AGM: 26.06.2013, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue: Trust Milonayaton, 545, Old Airport Road, Dhaka. Record Date: 22.05.2013.

The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 47.40 million, EPS of BDT 2.40, NAV per share of BDT 13.91 and NOCFPS of BDT 5.07 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Companies today.
