Result of Thursday’s REPO auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Thursday, officials said.

Sixteen bids of 3-day tenor amounting total of BDT 301.9716 billion were received. Of those, all bids amounting total of BDT 20.0067 billion were accepted.

Moreover, 15 primary dealers of 3-day tenor amounting total of BDT 64.7072 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 6.25 percent per annum.
