Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Auction of 91-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T-bills) was held on Sunday, officials said.
Total 21 bids of BDT 19.1184 billion for 91-Day T-bills and 11 bids of BDT 3.4718 billion for 364-Day T-bills were offered. Of those four bids of BDT 5.00 billion for 91-Day T-bills and four bids of BDT 3.1546 billion for 364-Day T-bills were accepted.
Accordingly, BDT 507.20 billion was distributed among primary dealers (PDs) and BDT 338.20 million was distributed among non-PD banks for 364-Day T-bills.
The range of implicit yield of the accepted bid was 11.06-11.07 percent and 11.37-11.40 percent per respectively, according to the auction result.
