Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Auction of 91-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T-bills) was held on Sunday, officials said. Total 37 bids of BDT 12.4182 billion for 91-Day T-bills and 36 bids of BDT 8.2221 billion for 364-Day T-bills were offered.
Of those 19 bids of BDT 7.00 billion for 91-Day T-bills and 18 bids of BDT 4.1950 billion for 364-Day T-bills were accepted.
Accordingly, BDT 1.9830 billion was devolved on primary dealers (PDs) and BDT 1.3220 billion was devolved on non-PD banks for 364-Day T-bills.
The range of the implicit yield of the accepted bid was 7.99-8.37 percent and 10.20-10.35 percent, according to the auction result.
