Results of auction of reverse repo

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The central bank of Bangladesh on Tuesday withdrew BDT 10.95 billion from the banking system through reverse repo auction at 6.50 per cent interest rate.

14 bids of 1-day tenor amounting to total of BDT 8.85 billion and 1 bid of 7-day tenor amounting to total of BDT 2.10 billion in grand total 15 bids amounting to BDT 10.95 billion were received and all the bids were accepted, the Bangladesh Bank (BB), the country’s central bank said in a press statement.
