Results of Monday’s REPO auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Monday, officials said.

Sixteen bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 266.2826 billion were received. Of those, 16 bids amounting total of BDT 20.0358 billion were accepted.

Moreover, 14 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 50.7349 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 6.00 percent per annum.
