Results of Monday’s REPO auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Monday, officials said.

Seven bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 6.8716 billion were received. Of those, three bids amounting to total of BDT.890.70 million were accepted.

Moreover, 14 primary dealers were provided total of BDT 34.8606 billion as liquidity support facility of 1-day tenor. The rate of interest of REPO and liquidity support facility was 5.50 percent per annum.
