Results of Sunday’s REPO auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Sunday, officials said.

Nineteen bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 278.9410 billion were received. Of those, 19 bids amounting total of BDT.40.2699 billion were accepted.

Moreover, 15 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 51.1904 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 6.00 percent per annum.
