Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Sunday, officials said.
Thirteen bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 145.3973 billion were received. Of those, 13 bids amounting total of BDT.27.2184 billion were accepted.
Moreover, 13 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 36.0686 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 6.00 percent per annum.
