Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Sunday, officials said.
Seventeen bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 23.8103 billion were received and all the bids were accepted. Moreover, 13 primary dealers were provided total of BDT 32.03.87 billion as liquidity support facility of 1-day tenor.
The rate of interest of REPO and liquidity support facility was 5.50 percent per annum.
