Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Sunday, officials said.
Fourteen bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 334.6658 billion were received. Of those, all bids amounting total of BDT 21.9201 billion were accepted.
Moreover, 13 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 54.1969 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 6.75 percent.
