Results of Sunday’s REPO auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Sunday, officials said.

Twelve bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 309.0517 billion were received. Of those, all bids amounting total of BDT 13.5056 billion were accepted.

Moreover, 11 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 40.0106 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 7.25 percent.
