Results of T-bills auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The 34^th auction of treasury bills (T-bills) of different maturities was held on Thursday. BDT 5.50 billion and BDT 3.02 billion in grand total BDT 8.52 billion were offered for the 91-day and 364-day bills respectively.

Of those, DBT 2.50 billion and BDT 1.50 billion in grand total BDT 4.00 billion were accepted respectively for the 91-day and 364-day bills, according to the central bank press statement.

The range of implicit yield of accepted bids were 7.84 per cent and 8.06 per cent per annum respectively, the central bank of Bangladesh said.
