Results of T-bills auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The 43^rd auction of treasury bills (T-bills) of different maturities was held on Sunday. BDT 2.812 billion and BDT 2.568 billion in grand total BDT 5.381 billion were offered for the 91-day and 364-day bills respectively.

Of those, DBT 410 million and BDT 316 million in grand total BDT 726 million were accepted respectively for the 91-day and 364-day bills, according to the central bank press statement.

BDT 2.09 billion and BDT 2.184 billion were devolved on primary dealers (PDs) for the 91-day and 364-day bills respectively.

The range of implicit yield of accepted bids were 7.92 per cent and 8.57 per cent per annum respectively, the central bank of Bangladesh said.
