Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Thursday, officials said.
Sixteen bids of 3-day tenor amounting total of BDT 242.9503 billion were received. Of those, 16 bids amounting total of BDT 20.0143 billion were accepted.
Moreover, 15 primary dealers of 3-day tenor amounting total of BDT 54.1542 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 6.00 percent per annum.
