Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Thursday, officials said.
Eleven bids of 3-day tenor amounting total of BDT 323.0227 billion were received. Of those, all bids amounting total of BDT 14.0515 billion were accepted, according to auction result.
Moreover, 11 primary dealers of 3-day tenor amounting total of BDT 43.1200 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 7.25 percent.
