Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Tuesday, officials said.
Fifteen bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 325.1698 billion were received. Of those, all bids amounting total of BDT 22.0070 billion were accepted.
Moreover, 14 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 55.3547 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 6.75 percent.
