Results of Wednesday’s REPO auction

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Wednesday, officials said.

Ten bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 279.1817 billion were received. Of those, all bids amounting total of BDT 7.0075 billion were accepted.

Moreover, 13 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 49.5934 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 7.25 percent.
