Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The REPO auction of Bangladesh Bank for commercial banks and financial institutions was held on Sunday, officials said.
Ten bids of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 261.1636 billion were received. Of those, all bids amounting total of BDT 11.0211 billion were accepted.
Moreover, 11 primary dealers of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 27.2678 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest both of REPO and Liquidity Support Facility was 7.25 percent.
