Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Reve Systems won the prestigious 2012 Red Herring’s Top 100 Asia award in Hong Kong recently, the VoIP (voice over internet protocol) solution provider said.
Red Herring is an international media organization that recognizes young companies and start-ups for technology innovations around the world. Its Top 100 Asia Award is part of a world series where it looks at companies from Asia, America’s and Europe.
Red Herring’s editorial staff evaluated different companies on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technology innovation, management quality, strategy and market penetration.
“We are extremely happy to receive the prestigious 2012 Red Herring’s Top 100 Asia award. This inspires us to remain committed in bringing technological innovation to the internet protocol communications industry,” M Rezaul Hassan, chief executive officer of REVE, said in a statement.
