RFL declares 18 percent dividends

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) on Sunday declared 18 percent dividends for the year 2008.

The announcement came from its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the National Shooting Complex in the capital, Dhaka, the company said.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Lt Col (retd) Mahtabuddin Ahmed presided over the AGM which was attended by a large number of shareholders.

Managing Director of the company Ahsan Khan Chowdhury and Director Sheban Kumar Naha, among others, were present at the AGM.
