Moulvibazar, Bangladesh (BBN)- Seven members of a family were killed and four others injured in a head-on collision between a microbus and a auto-rickshaw in the country’s north-eastern Moulvibazar district Saturday, police said.
The Kulaura-bound microbus from the district town collided head-on with the three-wheeler coming from the opposite direction at Ashrakapan on Moulvibazar-Kulaura Road at about 5:30 pm, killing five on the spot and injuring six others.
The injured were whisked off to Moulvibazar Sadar Hospital where two of them succumbed to their injuries. Four other injured were shifted to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital.
