Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Mobile Phone Operator Robi has signed a bilateral Infrastructure Sharing agreement with Ranks Telecom Limited (RanksTel).
Robi Managing Director and CEO Michael Kuehner and Abul K.Shamsuddin, Chief Operating Officer of RanksTel, signed the agreement at the Robi Corporate Office in the capital Dhaka.
Infrastructure Sharing can be a useful tool for stimulating both Robi and RanksTel’s networks in areas that may otherwise be uneconomical to serve.
This will greatly benefit the consumers by increasing the availability of communication services, increasing consumer choice and reducing the cost of services.
