Robi, WASA sign deal to facilitate bill payments

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Mobile phone operator Robi Axiata Limited and Dhaka WASA have signed an agreement to facilitate payment of water and sewerage bill.

Robi managing director and chief executive officer Michael Kuehner and Dhaka WASA managing director Taqsem A Khan inked the agreement at a local hotel in the capital on Thursday.

Now WASA consumers can easily pay their water and sewerage bills seven days a week with minimal cost and effort from any of the Robi Bill Payment Points or Easy load points near their homes. Dhaka WASA Zone: 1, 2, 6, 7, Narayanganj & Sharkari will be initially covered and Zone 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 & 10 will be brought under the facility very soon.
