Rupali Bank recommends 10% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Rupali Bank has recommended 10% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

Date of AGM: 25.05.2013, Time: 11:00 AM. Record date: 09.05.2013. Venue of the AGM will be notified later.

The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of BDT 7.37, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 70.70 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 84.51 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
