SEC approves RN Spinning rights offer

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday approved the rights offer of RN Spinning Mills Limited, officials said.

The decision was taken at the Commission’s 415th meeting presided over by its Chairman Professor M Khairul Hossain.

The company will issue 139.14 million ordinary shares of BDT 20 each including a premium of BDT 10 of totaling BDT 2.78 billion, according to the offer.
