Sensex suffers more losses, slides 142 points

Sensex surges 120 points in early trade

New Delhi, India (BBN)-A benchmark index of Indian equities markets, the 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex), on Thursday was trading at 120.39 points or 0.43 per cent up during the morning session.
The wider 50-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also trading at 36.70 points or 0.43 per cent up at 8,560.50 points, reports IANS.
The Sensex of the S&P Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), which opened at 28,259.70 points, was trading at 28,318.68 points (at 9.26 am) in the early session, up 120.39 points or 0.43 per cent from the previous day’s close at 28,198.29 points.
The Sensex has touched a high of 28,322.24 points and a low of 28,245.81 points in the trade so far.
