Share trading of Padma Oil resumes Monday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Share trading of Padma Oil will resume on Monday after a suspension period of more than one year with an adjusted price of BDT 488.80, officials said.
There will be no price limit on Monday following the company's corporate declaration made on May 12, 2012, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) said in its website.
On May 12, the shareholders approved the declaration of 50 per cent cash and 50 per cent stock dividend at the company's 41st annual general meeting (AGM).
Share trading of Padma Oil remained suspended from March 30, 2011 due to legal dispute over the procedure company's dividend declaration.
